Greetings NAAIA GKC members! On Friday, May 31, we are returning to NourishKC to volunteer!
In 2023, NourishKC rescued 620,487 ponds of usable food and served 477,297 meals, free of charge. This year, their hope is to rescue 750,000 pounds of food and serve 650,000 meals!
We are assembling a group of 10-15 NAAIA CKC members to volunteer at Kansas City Community Kitchen during the lunch shift, 10:30a-2:30p, to prep and plate food, clean, sanitize, serve to-go meals, and serve dine-in guest.
